With Online Tech Support, you can
get help when you need it
If you are the average computer user, some of your problems can
be handled easily by talking to someone who knows how to work on computers. Computer Technology Solutions. has been offering on-site computer service to our
1400+ clients for over 10 years.
Now we are offering that same service around the world. This service
will be limited at this time to owners of IBM-compatible computers, such as unbranded
clones, Compaq, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Gateway, etc., running any version of Microsoft
Windows. (If there is a demand for it, we will include other operating systems.)
The Basics
You'll be able to log onto our Online Support system, where you can talk directly
with a technician to get help repairing or adjusting your computer. You'll also
be able to read news articles — and download files that you are interested in
from our online selection. And, if there are other users online, you will be able
to join the public chat forum.

Remote assistance
If needed, we can also provide you with software that will let us look at, repair
and/or adjust your computer remotely from our offices. Please Note: this
can only occur if you actually run the software and give us exact information
as to the address of your computer. This software cannot, by itself, transfer
files, and you will see everything we do, so your privacy cannot be violated.
IMPORTANT NOTES (fine print):
This service, as of April 1, 2002, is a pilot program. Use of this service
will be limited to the purpose of assisting others with their computer problems.
Abusers (those not holding to the intention of this service) will be immediately
banned. This means that we are trying it out, and if successful, will continue
and improve it's capabilities. Finally, if we cannot help you handle your problem
as stated in your originating conversation, then there will be no charge
to your credit card.
